José Antonio Martín-Borregón has 31 years' executive pan-European experience. He worked in Axiare Pratrimonio socimi, S.A. as Managing Director and in the RE and financial industry, including investment management developments, capital markets transactions and consultancy in several institutions ( CBRE Global Investors, ING RE Investment, ABN-AMRO, Credit Lyonnais).

He holds a Bachelor of Law, Economics and Business , E-3 from ICADE. Former member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts.

Borja Oria has 21 years of Investment Banking and industry experience. Previously worked as CEO in Musgo, leading the sale process of the company to PE fund. In addition, he worked in M&A for Rothschild and Socios Financieros. He is also Board Member at Grupo Paraguas and Papa John's Iberia. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from CUNEF and Real Estate Executive Program from Havard Business School.
