A private non-profit association made up of more than 100 companies, universities, public administrations and research centres involved in the BUILDING value chain.
Certified as a National Cluster in Spain, its purpose is to create better cities through innovation in building (new construction, refurbishment, residential, commercial... public or private).
It has 5 main strategic axes (industrialisation, renovation, environmental sustainability, digital transformation, Lean construction, training) and more than 20 working groups that give them content.

DESCRIPTION
The building sector lacks innovation, has long product cycles and labour shortages. Collaboration between APPII and the Cluster makes it possible to approach common problems in a transnational way, to create Iberian networking teams and to be able to draw on best practices as examples to follow
