U.hub I
DESCRIPTION
U.hub I, created in 2014, pioneered the introduction of student residences (PBSA) in Portugal to respond to the pressing need for student accommodation in Portugal. As a developer and operator, U.hub built one of the largest portfolios of student residences in Portugal from scratch, developing more than 1,900 beds spread across four residences in Lisbon and two in Porto, which opened with 100% occupancy. The U.hub I portfolio was sold to European operator Xior, promoting its entry into Portugal.
Senior Club
DESCRIPTION
Senior Club, created in 2021, following ReVentures' pioneering DNA, aims to introduce the ‘Senior Independent Living’ segment in Portugal. It has an investment plan of over €225 million for the development and operation of an initial portfolio of seven senior apartment buildings with over 900 apartments, spread across the metropolitan areas of Lisbon and Porto. U.hub II
DESCRIPTION
In 2024, following the sale of the U.hub I portfolio to Xior, U.hub II was launched with an investment plan of €175 million. This plan, leveraging the experience gained, seeks to develop 3,000 new beds for students in Portugal, not limited to Lisbon and Porto. U.hub II currently has a pipeline distributed throughout the country.
