Value One is a Vienna-based real estate development and operating company. It entered the Portuguese market in 2017 and focuses on Student Living, Senior Living and hotels. With its brand MILESTONE Value One was one of the first companies that offered Premium Student Living, meanwhile operating 3 apartment houses in Carcavelos and Porto. Both Polo and Lombos were LEED gold certified, being the first Hospitality project in LEED V4 in Portugal and first project in V4,1 in the world, respectively. Hotel Radisson RED Porto Gaia -Value One is proud to develop the first Radisson Red in Portugal. From 2024 it will offer 250 keys, located some minutes of travelling by metro away from the historical city centre of Porto and Gaia. Hotel and PBSA Lisbon Olaias -Close to Olaias metro station Value One develops a MILESTONE for 333 students and a hotel with 290 rooms. The opening is planned for 2024.
